Have a Spa Day at home

Applying a face mask is great, but with a little planning you can take your at-home relaxation to the next level. Follow these simple steps to decompress & create a relaxing, at home spa experience.

Essentials: Robe, Candle, Face mask, Scrub, Lotion

SET THE MOOD

Light your favorite candle, make a playlist with your favorite songs and set the mood.

TAKE A SHOWER OR BATH

Use a cleanser to remove makeup and dirt.

During your shower make sure to lather up and rinse away dirt with a Body Wash. A mild body wash naturally cleanses without drying out the skin, leaving your skin clean, refreshed and softened.

STEAM

Steaming your face is a good way to cleanse your pores, helping to promote clear and glowing skin. For a steam treatment at home, fill a bowl with boiled water and leave to cool slightly so you don’t burn your skin. Lean your head over the bowl and allow the heat to sooth your skin and mind. You can add a few drops of essential oils to enhance your steam. A herbal teabag will also do the trick. Steam your face for a few minutes by leaning over the bowl.

Post steam treatment, it’s important to exfoliate your face. Apply a generous layer BioTreat Instant Enzyme Peel. Gently massage in circular motions and leave on until dry (about 15 minutes).
